High Density Modular Data Center Cooling
Traditional cooling solutions are not always enough. When you walk into a server room, you should always ask yourself the following questions:
- What is the total heat release?
- How many racks will be installed?
- Which rack has the highest heat output?
If the answer to the last question is 8kW or higher, you should definitely read on.
High Density Modular Data Center Cooling - Knürr DCD - Heat Exchanger
Knürr DCD is an air – water heat exchanger that is integrated into the rear door of a server rack.
High Density Modular Data Center Cooling - Knürr DCL
The Knürr DCL is a precision cooling unit in chilled water configuration to be installed side by side with high-density computing racks. Air is drawn by fans from the rear of the Knürr DCL through the heat exchanger cooled down and discharged into the front.
High Density Modular Data Center Cooling – Liebert XD
Overhead cooling module that mounts directly above the cold aisle, requiring no floorspace. It draws in hot air from the hot aisle, then discharges cool air into the cold aisle where the equipment air inlets are located.
